All Presiding Elder’s, District Superintendent, all pastors, itinerant preachers, local preachers (ordained and not ordained), exhorters, local church superintendents, officers, and teachers in the presiding elder district, and at least one delegate(s) from each church who shall be elected by said church are called to meet at a place and time determined by the Presiding Elder.
