All traveling ministers, local preachers, evangelists, one (1) steward from each quarterly conference, presidents of the local Women’s Missionary Society and Lay Organization and a young adult representative from each church, circuit or stations are asked to attend this yearly meeting with the Presiding Elder at a determined location for worship and workshops.
